In line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules, and the DPDP Act, 2023: grievances are acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt, and resolved within the timeframe required by applicable law. For unresolved data-protection concerns, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
