Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Quillmo (hereinafter “We, Us, Our”) — an AI-powered tool that generates social media content (LinkedIn posts, Twitter/X threads, and Instagram captions) based on topics you provide. By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You further confirm that your acceptance is voluntary and made without any coercion, undue influence, or pressure. You also authorise Quillmo to collect, process, and use the information and credentials provided by you solely for the purposes of operating and providing the Service, in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
1. Your Account
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your login information and credentials secure. All activity under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at support@quillmo.com.
2. What Quillmo Does
Quillmo uses Google’s Gemini AI model to generate draft social media content based on your inputs. Generated content is a starting point — it is not guaranteed to be accurate, original, or suitable for your specific requirement. You must review and edit all output before publishing.
3. Subscriptions and Payment
Free trial
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access and up to 25 generations.
Paid plans
After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually) as described on our pricing page. Prices are in Indian Rupees, exclusive of applicable taxes. The payment made by you is solely for your personal use of the Service and is non-transferable. It cannot be assigned, shared, resold, or transferred to any other person or entity under any circumstances, unless expressly permitted by Quillmo in writing.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing portal. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time. See our Refund Policy for details.
4. Your Content and Our Content
Your inputs
You retain full ownership of the topics, descriptions, and any other content you submit to Quillmo.
Generated output
As between you and Quillmo, you own the generated posts to the extent permitted by applicable law. Under current Indian law, the copyright status of purely AI-generated text is uncertain. See our AI Disclaimer for details.
Our platform
Quillmo’s software, design, branding, and trademarks are our exclusive property. These Terms give you the right to use the service — not to copy or redistribute the platform itself.
Your responsibility for published content
You alone are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to publish any generated content. Ensure your posts are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe third-party rights.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Quillmo to generate, request, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, harasses or threatens any person, constitutes spam or phishing, impersonates others, involves minors in harmful ways, or attempts to reverse-engineer or overload the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts in violation of this policy immediately.
6. Content Moderation & Account Suspension
Quillmo uses automated content moderation to detect and prevent the generation of offensive, hateful, or policy-violating content.
Users who attempt to generate content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy will receive a warning. Three such violations within any rolling 30-day period will result in automatic account suspension pending review by our team.
Suspended accounts will be reviewed within 48 hours. We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts found to be in repeated or severe violation of this policy.
No refunds will be issued for accounts suspended or permanently banned due to content policy violations, regardless of remaining subscription period or unused generations.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third parties (AI, payment, hosting, and email providers). We are not responsible for their acts or outages beyond our reasonable control.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, with reasonable notice where practicable.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of output.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us during the disputed period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Quillmo, its employees, directors, and associates against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your published content.
13. Force Majeure
Quillmo shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing its obligations under this Agreement if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, strikes, or pandemics.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. Grievance Redressal
For complaints, contact our Grievance Officer (see Contact & Grievance Redressal page). We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within the timeframe required by applicable law.
