Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: June 2026
1. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly or annual).
2. Cancellation
You can cancel any time from your account billing portal. On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period; it does not auto-renew thereafter.
3. Refunds
Monthly plans
Non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except where required by law.
Annual plans
Refundable on a pro-rata basis within the first 14 days, then non-refundable.
Free tier
No payment is taken, so no refund applies.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@quillmo.com with your account email and reason. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Failed / Duplicate Charges
If you are charged in error or charged twice, contact us and we will refund the erroneous charge.
6. Service Issues
If the Service is materially unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, contact us to discuss a credit or pro-rata refund.
