Payment & Billing Policy

1. Pricing

Current prices are shown on the pricing page in Indian Rupees. Prices are exclusive of GST; applicable taxes are added at checkout.

2. Billing Cycle

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.

3. Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. We do not store full card details.

4. Auto-Renewal

By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges. We will send a receipt after each charge. You can disable renewal by cancelling before the renewal date.

5. Price Changes

We may update our pricing at any time. Price changes will apply from your next billing cycle. You may cancel at any time before your next renewal to avoid being charged the new price.

6. Taxes & Invoices

We issue invoices for each payment. Once GST-registered, invoices will include our GSTIN and applicable GST.

7. Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) will automatically attempt to retry the charge over a period of several days. If all attempts fail, your subscription will expire and your account will revert to limited access until payment is updated. You can update your payment method at any time from the billing portal.
